Founded in 2018, Black Hills IT Services, LLC (BHITS) was formed with frustration with IT Managed Service Providers. From this time BHITS has grown exponentially based on the need to improve customer experiences by providing IT Services for companies who need to focus on what they do best and not IT. Our frustrations found that companies had to find different service provider for every solution that fit their business and many of those providers did not take time to really understand the company's business. We found that customers relied on the integrity of these businesses and had no way of knowing what these companies were doing to take advantage of them. Mission Statement: Our mission at BHITS is providing Value Customer Service and Trust with sincerity, honesty and authenticity On average we save 12.5% in initial cost savings
