ManagedByte Terms of Service

Welcome to ManagedByte (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManagedByte website and its services, including the provision of Managed Service Provider (MSP) data leads and related information (collectively, the "Services"). All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of ManagedByte or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of ManagedByte's trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. MANAGEDBYTE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANAGEDBYTE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ManagedByte does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date MSP data, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information obtained through the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEDBYTE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MANAGEDBYTE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
